By using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to amend or withdraw any condition without prior notice. Any misunderstandings and/or legal disputes will be resolved based on the English version of this website, and Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to provide legal explanations.
The Company is based in Singapore, and when the terms “local” or “locally” are used, they refer to Singapore-based deliveries.
1. Events & Training Policy
1.1 Registration
1.1.1 New Course Applicants:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or provide written consent from a legal guardian/parent if under 18.
- Must provide a valid email address and contact number during registration to facilitate the process.
- Must ensure all details provided are correct and complete.
- Must update any amendments to details by contacting Gardens With Purpose at 6546 5801.
1.1.2 Registration is confirmed only after full payment is made. 1.1.2.1 For SkillsFuture-approved workshops, registration is confirmed only upon notification from SkillsFuture that the customer’s SkillsFuture Credit submission has been approved.
1.1.3 All event and training tickets will be sent via email as electronic tickets once registration is confirmed.
1.2 Payments
1.2.1 All transactions on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
1.2.2 Payments are processed by:
- PayPal (accepts MasterCard and Visa)
- SkillsFuture Credit (for SkillsFuture-approved workshops)
- Cash & NETS (payable at Gardens With Purpose’s office)
1.2.3 All payments or deposits are non-refundable. Customers should confirm their order before proceeding with payment. Once payment is made, Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to reject requests for changes and/or cancellations.
1.3 Postponement & Cancellation
1.3.1 Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to postpone or cancel events or training if the minimum number of applicants is not met or if unforeseen circumstances, such as acts of God, make proceeding impossible. Affected customers will be promptly notified and informed of the next steps.
1.3.2 In the event that Gardens With Purpose cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund.
1.3.3 Customers may request changes to the participant, workshop date, or event/workshop type by providing at least 7 days’ notice and a valid reason. Approval is at the discretion of Gardens With Purpose. Cancellations without valid reasons are non-refundable. No-shows are treated as cancellations without valid reasons.
1.3.3.1 For changes to a higher-priced event/training, customers must pay the price difference. Changes to a lower-priced event/training will not result in a refund of the price difference.
1.3.4 Customers are required to complete rescheduled courses within six months of the original registration date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture without refund.
2. Online Store
2.1 Payments
2.1.1 All transactions on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
2.1.2 Payments are processed by:
- PayPal (accepts MasterCard and Visa)
- Stripe (accepts MasterCard and Visa)
2.2 Products Purchase
2.2.1 Orders will be processed for shipment after payment approval by PayPal or Stripe.
2.2.2 If an item is out of stock, Gardens With Purpose will notify the customer and issue a refund.
2.2.3 Additional shipping charges may apply for:
- Reshipment due to failed deliveries.
- Orders exceeding 30kg in weight.
2.3 Shipping & Delivery Policy
2.3.1 Orders will be processed within 3 working days once payment is received and confirmed.
2.3.2 Delivery options include:
- Direct Delivery: Arrangements will be made with the customer.
- Courier Delivery: Customers will receive a tracking number via email.
2.3.3 Gardens With Purpose delivers only to Singapore addresses.
2.4 Exchange and Cancellation Policy
2.4.1 Exchanges due to shipping damage are available for local deliveries on a case-by-case basis. Customers must notify Gardens With Purpose immediately with supporting evidence.
2.4.2 All exchanges are one-for-one and not refundable for cash.
2.4.3 Once payment is made, cancellation, refund requests, or exchanges for other items will not be entertained.
3. Privacy Policy
3.1 Personal information collected during registration or purchase will be used for purposes such as account maintenance, order processing, customer relationship management, and market research.
3.2 Gardens With Purpose does not outsource customer information to non-related external parties without consent.
4. Images and/or Videos Policy
4.1 Ownership and Usage All images and videos captured during Gardens With Purpose events are the sole property of the company and may be used for marketing or educational purposes.
4.2 Opt-Out Option Participants who do not wish to appear in photos or videos must inform Gardens With Purpose personnel at the event’s start. The company will ensure compliance.
4.3 Submitted Media Images and videos voluntarily sent to Gardens With Purpose may be used for marketing or educational purposes.
4.4 Social Media Content Content posted on Gardens With Purpose’s social media accounts may be used unless the individual explicitly requests otherwise.
Gardens With Purpose reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy without prior notice. Customers are deemed to accept these terms upon continued use of the website or services.
